1 hand towel - depending on size and shape for your heating pad - I like to use a hand towel for neck heating pad. Also, great for cold feet, use as a bed warmer, place on your chest when you have a cold, use on your aches and pains.

Fold the towel in half and sew up the bottom and one side. Leave the top open and pour enough rice (uncooked) to fill up two thirds of the way. Sew up the top.
How To Use: Put the bag in the microwave for 1 - 3 minutes depending upon the microwave and how hot you would like your heating pad. Warning: do not get it wet. If you do, open up the towel and replace the rice. This type of heat is moist and lasts a long time.
