Mexican Wedding Cake

If you like cream cheese frosting you will love this cake!

You will need:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 cup nuts

Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.  Pour in a 9 X 13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Frosting

1 stick of butter (softened)
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla together in a small mixing bowl.  Gradually add powdered sugar until well mixed.
