How To Cook a Turkey in an Electric Roaster - Info Barrel
This is a wonderful article for cooking your turkey this holiday season. I highly recommend this method - it frees up your oven for other scruptous dishes and you can have your stuffing unlike deep frying. If you are the main chef, make your holiday feasts as easy on yourself as you can. How To Cook a Turkey in an Electric Roaster - Info Barrel

Banana Nut Bread
This is a very dense and moist recipe. You will need:
6 ripe bananas (as bananas ripen and do not get eaten I throw them in the freezer - when ready to use thaw slightly and peel - they make wonder banana nut bread)
1/2 cup applesauce (this is better than using oil and makes the bread really moist)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar or 1 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat ove to 350. Grease 2 9X5 loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl beat first 3 ingredients. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Slowly at dry mixture to wet mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Use a toothpick and poke the center. If it comes out clean it is done.

Halloween Ideas
Serve up some maggot stew for your goblins this Halloween. This is beef stew with orzo added to it. Just prepare your beef stew the special way you do, load up on the veggies, add the orzo and presto! You have a fun way for your trick-or-treater(s) to eat something good before they go out door-to-door for their dessert!
Also, you could add orzo to sloppy joes - Maggot Joe's Burgers - serve with carrot and celery sticks!
Quench your thirst with a tasty snot hocker beverage. Make jello (sugar free will ) in a sheet cake pan. Let the jello set up then slice the jello into small squares and add them to your punch. This makes for slimy things sliding down your throat when you drink it.
Carve your pumpkins and when you do..cut the bottom out for gutting (not the top). This way the pumpkin set over the candle and the stem will stay in place.
